6. Authenticity Guarantee & Sourcing

We guarantee that all products sold on Skinlab Mall .Co are 100% authentic. We source our inventory directly from authorized distributors and verified wholesalers in South Korea.

  • Counterfeit Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits. If you suspect an item is not genuine, please contact us immediately for an investigation.

7. Orders, Billing, and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

8. Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties

  • Domestic Shipping (Cambodia): Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by local courier services or force majeure events.
  • International Shipping: If you order products for delivery outside of Cambodia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy is a part of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Unopened Items: We accept returns of unopened, sealed merchandise within 7 days of delivery.
  • Opened Items: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with video/photo evidence.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties (e.g., brand manufacturer sites). Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
